🔁 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • We offer free size exchanges (within Australia) on eligible items.

  • To exchange an item, email us with your order number and requested size, and we’ll confirm availability before proceeding.

📝 How to Request a Return

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange, as requested.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
